Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Prior to Work Initiation

If a client requests cancellation within 24 hours of online payment and prior to custom domain registration or server database provisioning, a 100% full refund will be initiated back to the original payment source.

2. Non-Refundable Registrar & Server Costs

Once a custom domain name (e.g., .com, .in, .org) has been officially purchased through an accredited ICANN registrar or dedicated cloud server space has been deployed, the registrar cost portion is strictly non-refundable as domain names are permanently assigned to the client for a 1-year cycle.

3. Refund Processing Timeline

All approved refunds are submitted through our payment gateway partner (PayU) and credited to the client’s original payment instrument (UPI ID, Debit Card, or Bank Account) within 5 to 7 business days depending on the payer's issuing bank.
